There are always a number of adults who would like to consider surgical correction of the maxilla and mandible. In many cases the teeth are also rotated and it is necessary to consider a combined surgical and orthodontic approach. Whilst this is a major undertaking for the patient, almost all are more than satisfied with the results and it gives them a great increase in confidence about their appearance.
